We are committed to bring our products to everyone in the world. Our service delivers to most countries in the world and is dedicated to meeting a variety of shipping needs.

Shipping is free for all orders over 50€ to Spain and rest of Europe. Otherwise, delivery is 4,90€-20€ depending on the country you plan to purchase.

Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days in Spain, 3 to 10 in Europe and 7 to 15 for the rest of the world. You can estimate the shipping costs in your cart and during the checkout.

Returns

You can return your product up to 15 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not used or damaged.

Replacements

We do not replace items (except Spain and Portugal). If you want to change an article for a different size or colour (style changes are excluded), you must return the item and apply for a refund, and then place another order for the item in the desired size or colour. Once the returned item has been received, we will issue a refund through the same method of payment you used in your order.

We provide a 2-year limited warranty, from the date of purchase for all our products.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions.
