How do I place an order?

Shopping at Break&Walk's online store is very easy and safe. Just follow these simple steps:


Take a look at our collection.

Choose your favorite product.

Add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. The product will appear in your cart automatically. If you wish to continue shopping, close the "Cart Summary" and continue browsing our collection. If you want more items, add them again to your cart in the same way.

Finished? Go to your cart and click on "Checkout".

Once you finish your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with all the details of your order.

Finally, you will receive it at home comfortably within 24 /48 working hours (only for Spain). For other countries please consult our General Conditions page.

How much do shipping and handling costs cost?

Shipping costs are 5,99€ for mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Portugal. For orders to other countries please consult our Shipping Rates. 

How long will my package take?

All orders for mainland Spain confirmed in our online store are shipped within approximately 1 to 3 working days. For other countries please consult our Shipping Rates. 

I am subscribed to the newsletter and I do not receive your emails, why?

Your email software may be marking our messages as "spam". Check your spam folder. If our emails have been stored there, drag them to your inbox to prevent it from happening again.

What happens when I make a purchase?

Upon completion of the purchase process we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of your order. In case you need more information or any problem or unforeseen event arises with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

In order to redeem your discount coupon you just have to access your "Cart" where your products will appear, click on "Checkout" and enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" box. Then click on the "Apply" button and your discount will be automatically applied.

I am having problems accessing the website or making a purchase, what should I do?

If you have any technical problem while browsing our online store, do not hesitate to contact us through our Contact Form. We will be pleased to attend any request and help you as much as possible. We kindly ask you to explain in detail the type of incidence in order to offer you an optimal solution.

PAYMENTS

How can I pay for my order?

Break and Walk offers you several payment methods, so you can use the one that best suits you. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, or PayPal.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices include the corresponding VAT.

Is the banking information I provided at the time of purchase saved?

Never. We do not store bank transaction information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How many days do I have to exchange or return an order?

Any item purchased at Break&Walk through our website may be returned within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.

How do I make a change?

Exchanges are free of charge. Contact us through our Contact Form. Enter your name, email, order number and click on Incidence. Once inside select the Exchange option and follow the instructions. 

Once the return of the item to be exchanged has been processed and received, we will place a new order at no additional cost.

How do I make a return?

Returns have a cost of 5.90€. Contact us through our Contact Form. Enter your name, email, order number and click on Incidence. Once inside select the Return option and follow the instructions.

Use an envelope, bag or paper wrapping to protect the items to be returned and, under no circumstances, place the return label directly on the boxes, as it would be impossible for us to reuse them. It would also imply the possible rejection of the return.

Under what conditions do I have to return the product?

In order for the return to be accepted by Break&Walk, the following requirements must be met:


1. That the product has not been used.

2. That the product has not suffered any damage due to improper use.

3. It must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered: keeping its original box, as well as all its initial content (labels, papers and/or other elements it contains).

4. That the original box has not been written on, nor contains any glued element.

Break&Walk reserves the right to reject any return, in case the above guidelines are not met.

Once the return has been rejected, the client will have 3 months to pick up and/or pick up the package from the central facilities, bearing the pick up costs. If the package has not been picked up within 3 months, it will be handed over to the charity.

How will I know that the return of my order has been completed?

Once the item is received and the return has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount of the product(s) to be returned will be credited using the same payment method used. The initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

The amount will be reflected in your account within approximately 7-15 working days from the time you have received the return confirmation email and depending on the conditions of each bank.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified. In addition, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure at the time of delivery that the shipment is in good condition. Thus, if the box is open or if the appearance of the packaging raises doubts or suspicions about violations to the inviolability of the product, the client should not receive it, notifying Break&Walk immediately through our Contact Form.

Can I receive the package at an address other than my home address?

No problem! All you have to do is tell us the address to which you want your order to be shipped each time you place your order.

What are the shipping methods?

Break&Walk ships all its products by express courier. Our logistic partners are Correos, Seur and TNT for international shipments. For more information about estimated delivery times, please check our Shipping Rates.

What are Cookies and can I delete them?

In order to improve our service and avoid you having to identify yourself each time you visit our online store, we use cookies. A cookie is a computer file stored on the hard disk of your computer, which allows us to recognize you for an unlimited period of time. You can delete these cookies at any time by deactivating their use in your browser.
