EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
All items purchased from Break&Walk through our website can be returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.
Exchanges will be managed through our Returns Portal, where you can choose different return options. Break&Walk will only cover return shipping costs for defective products that have been previously managed and accepted by the Quality Department through the following link: Customer Service.
Exchanges
The free exchange service through our Returns Portal is only available for orders placed from Spain or Portugal. Our customers may choose another size within 14 days from the delivery date of the package.
It is important to note that only one free size exchange per order is allowed. If the customer wishes to make another exchange, they must process a return (with €11.97 deducted from the order amount) and place a new order with the desired size or color.
Orders placed from other countries are not eligible for free exchanges at the moment. Customers must make a return using any courier and place a new order with the desired size through our Returns Portal. These return costs will not be covered by Break&Walk.
Returns
If you placed your order from Spain or Portugal and wish to return it easily and conveniently, we offer an easy return service through our Returns Portal. All returns will incur a fee that will be deducted from the final refund amount (€5.99 if you choose the courier offered by the company). If you choose to be refunded via Gift Card, this fee will be waived for you.
If you do not wish to use the offered return methods or if your order was placed outside of Spain, you may return the product at your own expense, choosing any courier service. These return costs will not be covered by Break&Walk. Please note that since this is not a service provided by us, we cannot take responsibility for any issues related to the return package caused by third parties or other reasons not attributable to Break&Walk.
All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Spain. The address is available in our Returns Portal.
Product Condition
For the return to be accepted by Break&Walk, the following requirements must be met:
- Product condition: The item must be returned in perfect condition, keeping its original box and all included accessories.
- Proper packaging: We recommend using the original packaging to protect both the product and its box. If the original packaging is unavailable, please ensure the new packaging is safe enough to prevent any damage.
- Damaged products: We will not accept returns of products that are damaged due to misuse or improper packaging.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. For more information about our return process, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Please use an envelope, bag, or wrapping paper to protect the box containing the items being returned. Do not place the return label directly on the product boxes, as this would make them unusable and may result in the return being rejected.
If any of the above requirements are not met, we will consider the product to have suffered depreciation for the following reasons:
- Shipping box: €5
- Any other item included in the box (stickers, protective case, cleaning cloth, etc.): €3
Orders that benefited from a 2x1, 3x2 promotion, or included a free gift item, must be returned in full to receive a refund.
Once a return is rejected, the customer will have 3 months to collect and/or retrieve the order from our main facilities, bearing the collection costs.
Gifts
Please note that in the case of gifts, refunds will always be processed using the original payment method used when placing the order.
Refunds
Once the item is received and your refund has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the amount for the returned product(s) will be refunded via the same payment method used for the order. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refund will appear in your account balance within 7 to 15 business days from the date you receive the confirmation email, although this may vary depending on the terms and conditions of each bank.
