Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping is free on orders over €49 to Spain and the rest of Europe. Otherwise, shipping costs range from €5.99 to €20, depending on the destination country.

Estimated delivery times are: 1–3 business days in Spain, 3–10 in Europe, and 7–15 for the rest of the world. You can estimate shipping costs in your cart and at checkout.

Due to promotional periods, standard shipping times may be affected. Some orders may experience delays.

Exchanges & Returns

All returns are handled through our Return Portal.

Exchanges: At the moment, size or model changes are not available for orders not processed from Spain. If you need a different size/model, you’ll need to return the item at your own expense (using the carrier of your choice) and place a new order. Return shipping costs are not covered.

Returns: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

We provide a 2-year limited warranty, from the date of purchase for all our products.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions.
